We are looking to add a strong individual to our team focused on market research and business analytics. This role supports projects such as:
- Market Segmentation
- Customer Satisfaction Measurement
- Employee Satisfaction Measurement
- Brand / Ad Awareness
- Concept Testing and Feasibility Research
- Pricing and Promotional Offer Research
- Market & Competitive Analysis
This position will report to the Vice President of Market Research and will be responsible for supporting end-to-end projects including communicating with clients. Work functions include:
- Writing questionnaires
- Overseeing data collection, including monitoring online survey data quality
- Analyzing research data using tools such as SPSS and Microsoft PowerBI
- Producing data tables and charts
- Writing insightful research reports
Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Strong analytical capability, with an understanding of statistical methods used in business and the social sciences
- Experience using statistical analysis software, such as SPSS, SAS, R, Stata or similar
- Experience in market research
- Minimum three years of work experience in a related field
- Minimum four-year college degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or similar field; master’s degree preferred
- Maintains a high level of curiosity and has a demonstrated ability to take complex business questions and translate them to project objectives and plans
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with partners and teams, particularly in a remote environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
