Healthy West Orange (HWO) provides tools and social connections to help residents of the West Orange area of Orlando to eat well, stay active and enjoy life. The management team engaged Integrated Insight to conduct in-person, quantitative research among residents. Insights were derived around awareness and knowledge of services provided; perceived gaps in services within the district and how constituents are currently filling the need; and barriers to service delivery.
