ICON Park – Case Study

ICON Park (formerly known as ICON Orlando 360) engaged Integrated Insight to conduct a Strategic Revenue Assessment to inform short term revenue and profit opportunities, and in conjunction with design firm IDEAS, to conduct a feasibility assessment for future expansion plans. Recommendations included an overall pricing strategy,  Our work on revenue is just now nearing completion, but includes an overall pricing strategy, marketing of pricing, and distribution/channel recommendations. Over the past several months, Integrated Insight has also worked closely with ICON management to provide day to day consultation and establish measurement and reporting tools to help inform business decisions and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to test new entertainment concepts, establish forecasts of demand, and inform further pricing opportunity.
