Magic Springs Theme Park and Crystal Falls Water Park, located in Hot Springs, Arkansas, engaged Integrated Insight to develop a pricing strategy to reflect the true value of single day tickets, annual passes, and the opportunity to experience world class performers during the popular summer concert season. The parks are open seasonally from mid-May through October. Through structural pricing recommendations, a new approach to promotions, and recommendations for improving yield on group business, the parks were able to realize a 30% improvement in net income.
