Cornbelly’s Corn Maze outside Salt Lake City, Utah is a popular fall destination. It is also home base for The Maize, the largest corn maze consulting company with over 290 installations annually, worldwide. After presenting at the annual conference for The Maize farmers, Integrated Insight prepared a pricing strategy for Cornbelly’s. Like all mazes, operating days are limited, but activities, experiences, and great eats give guests a reason to come back. By maintaining low daily rates, and reducing “season pass” prices to become an easy upsell, Cornbelly’s realized significant improvement in revenue. In addition, bundled packages were included for groups to improve penetration of food and beverage and obtain higher yields.
