Wyndham Destinations – Case Study

Wyndham Destinations engaged Integrated Insight to conduct various research studies to better understand attitudes and usage by club members. The research helped determine how owners use their property today, what portion of their overall vacation time is spent at a Wyndham property and perceived value of numerous current and potential owner benefits. In addition, Integrated Insight was engaged to develop opportunities for improved hospitality revenue through a segmented analysis of Wyndham properties worldwide.
