Drew Colston has over 20 years of experience in market research and data analytics. Prior to joining Integrated Insight, Drew was a Manager of Consumer Insight at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts where he started as a temporary technical contractor and rapidly grew into a departmental manager. He oversaw all of the domestic technical operations responsible for standardizing research methodologies and reporting including significant Visitation research (the census department for Disney theme park guests), that formed the basis of guest analytics. Drew integrated a variety of data into a holistic view of the business that better informed senior leaders of the demographic and behavioral trends occurring.
In addition to leading a bi-coastal team, Drew was a part of the Shanghai Disney Task Force, where he led the training and research process development, and was also instrumental in the standardization of Hong Kong Disneyland’s research methodologies. Before Disney, Drew worked for the University of Florida providing research support in entomology and plant physiology research labs. Drew has a BS, Mathematics, from Francis Marion University.
