Leah Pendorf is a seasoned researcher, well-versed in a variety of both quantitative and qualitative methodologies including website and app usability, concept development, positioning, customer satisfaction, and pricing/price-value perception analysis. She is an avid proponent of designing and developing research that will obtain meaningful learnings, and translating them into compelling, actionable insight.
Prior to joining Integrated Insight, Leah led consumer research for a breadth of areas at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. Leah supported Marketing Strategy and Theme Park Operations, where she helped shape the development of significant park expansions and repositioning, and identified Annual Passholder acquisition and renewal opportunities that led to historical growth for the program. She also led Digital usability and strategy research where she delivered insights that were instrumental to key initiatives including MyMagic+, eCommerce strategy, app monetization, digital personalization, and the development and launch of the first Walt Disney World app. Leah has a BS, Business Administration/ Marketing from Messiah College.
